Return Policy

1.       Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, you can return a part of your order. Please ensure that you retain the original box/packet in which the product was shipped to you.

2.       How long the return process takes? / refund process takes?

Customers are requested to allow between 15-20 days for refund processing. Returns can be done once we issue an RA (Returns Authorization) number that is issued by the warehouse.

3.       How will I receive my refund?

If you have paid using a credit card, the amount is transferred to the credit card. If payment is done via Bank Transfer or Paypal, credit is made into the respective accounts.

4.       How do I return a product?

First, inform the team at OnlyPOS immediately. You will be mailed an RA number and a form to fill out. Attach this to the product and send it back to the warehouse address making sure the product is in absolutely unused condition, to be resalable as new.

5.       Where should I return my product?

To the warehouse address provided unless stated otherwise.

6.       I paid the shipping charge for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund amount?

No. Shipping charges shall not be refunded. Additionally, the customer will have to bear freight for returning the products to the warehouse.

7.       If I return a product on my own, will I get shipping charge?

No. we are afraid you will have to bear the shipping charges.

8.       I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I havent. What should I do?

We are sorry that your refund has been delayed. Generally, refunds take place between 15-20 days of return. There could be some unforeseen circumstances that have led to the delay.

9.       How do I know my order has been confirmed?

A mail shall be sent to you once your products are shipped.

10.   How do I cancel the order?

Please call the Sales team immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If for some reason you are unable to call/unable to reach, please mail sales@onlypos.in asking for your order to be canceled. Please note that cancellation requests received after 24 hours may be difficult to process.

11.   How do I confirm whether the order is successfully placed or not?

You will receive a mail with Tax Invoice once your order has been successfully placed.

12.   What if the image, price or description is wrong?

Should you be in any doubt about an incorrect description, image or price, please call the Helpline numbers and our Sales Representatives shall be happy to help you.

13.   Am I facing some technical issues while trying to order?

14.   I missed the delivery of my order, what should I do?

Deliveries usually take place within a week of placing your order. Please ensure that someone is available to take delivery of the product. Please call the Sales Team to inform about the missed delivery and delivery shall be reattempted.

15.   When returns are not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns.- Return request is made outside the specified time frame. - Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it. - Any consumable item which has been used or installed. - Products with tampered or missing serial numbers. - Anything missing from the package youve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
